Cancellation, schedule change, or reduction in number of people for tours 7 to 3 days before the participation date: 20% of the fee 2 days before the participation date to 6:00 PM the day before: 50% of the fee 6:00 PM the day before the participation date to the day of participation: 100% of the fee
